		Payment: New Customer accesses the Merchant/Issuer web-site and is prompted to pay for the service with a scratch-card. He is offered a promo-card (virtual) with a pre-set low value if he has no scratch-card handy or enters a scratch-card data on secure web-pages. Subsequent payments after the first one are �seamless� until the moment when all value on card has been used.	Pay / Buy Access
		Log-in: New customer enters scratch-card data or accepts a promo-card on certified web-pages. Log-ins and payments after that are �seamless� until the card expiration date. When the card expires customer is prompted to enter a new card data, after he does so, this new card data becomes a log-in/password to the customer profile.	Card Log-in
		Balance/Expiration: At any time the Customer may check the balance left on his scratch-card and the date/time when the service expires.	Check Balance
